Grace and Virginia publishes on their work using a novel PDE1 inhibitor in mice and human patients

Updated: Dec 10, 2021

Two recent papers from the lab focused on the impact of a novel PD1 inhibitor, ITI-214, which has important therapeutic implications.

Grace's (right) most recent work on the therapeutic impact of PDE1 inhibition on Cav1.2 channels and its ability to stimulate cardiomyocyte function, published in Circulation Research

Virginia (left) contributed to work conducted on PDE1 inhibition in human patients with systolic heart failure. This study was published in Circulation Heart Failure.

Congrats to both on the great work!
